We begin on site — walking the home, noting light, flow and the small rituals that already work. No pitch, no upsell.
It means every material decision is weighed for embodied carbon, durability, and end-of-life. We favour reclaimed timber, lime plasters, natural insulation and low-VOC finishes. We publish a full material ledger for every project.
A single-room renovation typically takes 4–8 weeks on site. Whole-home projects range from 5 to 11 months including design. We prefer slower, well-paced builds over rushed ones.
